Proposal to Host an IAPTC Annual Conference

The process for declaring an interest in hosting an IAPTC annual conference is detailed below:

1Interested member/ogranization must fill in the attached proposal template or download it.
Submit the proposal to the IAPTC Secretariat or by email at: info@iaptc.org with the subject “IAPTC HOST”.
The Secretariat announces the hosting offer(s) at the Annual General Meeting and IAPTC members vote on the offer(s) and confirm acceptance of a candidate (if more than one bid).
The Secretariat notifies the successful applicant via email.
